Madison Flynn joined Dooley & Associates in March 2026 as an Executive Marketing Coordinator, supporting both our internal team and our clients with creativity, organization, and a passion for storytelling. A Kenosha native, Madison graduated from Carthage College in 2025 with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology. During her time at Carthage, she built a strong foundation in brand marketing, communications, and photography.
Madison’s background in the service industry sparked her appreciation for local businesses and their unique stories. She thrives on helping brands stand out by bringing their values to life through thoughtful, engaging digital media.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys baking, spending time outdoors, and making memories with friends and family.
