Chief of First Impressions
Melissa Cronin started working at Dooley & Associates in 2021 as the Chief of First Impressions. Prior to that she spent 7 years employed as an administrative assistant and graphic designer for St. Joseph Catholic Academy located in Kenosha, WI. Today Melissa provides clients with a warm welcome and great customer service. She takes pride in creating an inviting space for new and existing clients as well as learning new skills in the Marketing industry.
Melissa attended The University of Wisconsin-Parkside and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design in 2014. Since then she has advanced her skills in print and digital design, and office management to better serve clients. Her key to success includes having a positive attitude and always trying to be the best version
of herself.
